Paper Sea 2

It’s been a while since my last post. Because I am enjoying semi-holidays in my home country Lithuania 🙂

But cool guys from Australian Paper Sea magazine (remember? – few of my illustrations got there) started a happy subscriber giveaway and there is some of my cards too 🙂

And maybe you’ll get a lovely brown hand stamped bag (everyone’s crazy about them somehow) with cards 🙂

Lately I’ve been busy with all that Christmas stuff, so I don’t have a lot of finished new pictures, just sketches, but somehow, in that pile of papers I found few bicycles. I think I finally learned how to draw a bike 🙂

A drawing for a solar plate or how is it called. I was trying new (for me) graphic printing technique.

This is what I get. Not perfect.

Then there is a canvas bag with a stencil fox on an old style bike. You think only fixed gear is cool?

I really loved the image of a fox riding a bike… Or was it the situation “I want to draw but I don’t know what!” (yes, thats the reason!). Little watercolour picture.

And I have a painting in progress. With a bike, of course! They are chasing me!

Art Market October 14

This is for everyone in Adelaide. There will be an Art Market on Friday evening in a lovely place called Espionage Gallery. October 14th, 5-9 pm. Don’t miss!
Suite 1, Level 2, 93 Rundle Mall, Adelaide 5000 (entrance off Lindes Lane). Just next to Rundle balls.
A very rough sketch with the location 🙂

A picture from the last one. My stall was so messy!

There is a project about ecology and nature related information for children called Green Code . I drew a comic for the contest.

I put only illustrations here, but it is about how people brought rabbits to Australia (of course, when I’m there, I had to create something about Australia) and made a big impact to local nature. The lady on the left says: I’m borred!

And rabbits have a chat that there are no wolves or foxes.

And finally, you need to find Australian animals in that picture.

See it finished there.
